Below you will find some frequently asked questions I receive from many of my clients. I have tried to answer all of your questions and concerns, however, if you still can’t find what you’re looking for, please give me a call. I will get back to you as soon as possible, so don’t hesitate to reach out.

Q: I want to come with a friend — does Heartland Esthetician Skin Studio LLC offer package deals?

A: I offer referral discounts and incentives, but only have the space and resources for one client at a time. 

Q: What if I am interested in improving my skincare but I'm not sure what treatment or product would work best for me?

A: I am offering a free consultation through the end of 2022. I would be delighted to learn more about your specific skincare goals and help you make an informed decision.

Q: I have something that came up and I need to re-schedule or cancel my appointment. What is Heartland Esthetician Skin Studio's policy?

A: No problem, just contact the studio 24 hours prior to service treatment and you can rebook without having to be charged a fee. Any cancellations without notice will be charged up to 100% of the serviced booked.
